Welcome to your home-away-from-home, a 4-bedroom, 4 full bath, and 1 half bath pet-friendly canal-front retreat designed for unforgettable stays. With beautiful water views and space for families, friends, or fishing trips, Yacht Sea the perfect place to relax from sunrise to sunset.

Step outside to a backyard built for fun, featuring a pool, spa, mini putt-putt course, and games like ping pong, cornhole, and poolside basketball. With ample seating, dining areas, and a bar, it’s an ideal space for soaking up the sun, sharing meals, and enjoying time together.

The lower-level game room offers even more entertainment with a pool table, darts, and a refrigerator Upstairs, the open-concept main level includes a chef’s kitchen with a Wolf stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, large island seating, and a cozy living area that opens to a balcony overlooking the canal.

Take the elevator or stairs to the main level, where the heart of the home is ready for you. The open floor plan brings everyone together — cook up a storm on the Wolf stove, prep snacks at the huge island (seats 8), and store everything in the Sub-Zero fridge, and grab a drink from the wine fridge. The family room is cozy, bright, and perfect for gathering, while the balcony off the living area lets you enjoy that incredible canal view.

Each bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite, so everyone has their own space to unwind. There’s also a laundry room with a sink and a hallway half bath, just to make life easier during your stay.

Dock your 30-foot boat right on the canal, perfect for fishing trips, sunset cruises, or just exploring. And when you’re ready for some sand between your toes, the white sandy beaches are just a short walk away. You get the best of both worlds: peaceful bayside relaxation and easy beach access. This home is built for fun, relaxation, and making memories. Whether you’re here to lounge by the pool, play games, cook amazing meals, or explore the water, you’ll quickly find yourself never wanting to leave.

Parking for 4 vehicles and boat trailer. Regarding the golf cart, all drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Cancellation Policy – SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
