The first floor is all about fun and comfort, featuring a spacious game room complete with a foosball table, TV, and futon couch, a perfect hangout for both kids and adults. The garage houses a ping pong table, so the friendly competitions never have to end! Step through the doors and find yourself in a private backyard oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, bask in the sun on the loungers, or fire up the grill for an outdoor barbecue. There’s plenty of dining space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals surrounded by tropical greenery. There’s also lawn Connect Four and a basketball net for the pool. Upstairs, you’ll find the home’s main living area, designed for both relaxation and connection. The bright and airy open floor plan features a spacious family room, a large dining area, and a beautifully updated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coastal epoxy countertop, and everything you need to prepare meals and snacks with ease.
One of the highlights of the home is the screened-in balcony that overlooks the lush backyard. Third Bedroom: Perfect for families, this room includes a queen bed and twin bed, along with a desk in case you need to catch up on work during your stay.
