Your private balcony will be the perfect resting place both day and night where you can listen to the waves while watching for dolphins near the shore, enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal where you’ll view the most spectacular sunsets. This condo features an open concept complete with a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you will need to prepare a full-course meal or quick snack. Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV where you can relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features 2 twin beds. The unit also features a full-size washer and dryer, beach cart with beach chairs, and WiFi for use during your stay.

To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat
Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels
We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
Maximum 6 people ~ Strictly Enforced.
First Time Renters – there is a Condo application of $50 required to rent this home.
There is one assigned parking spot per unit–please see condo app for specific requirements.
Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with the Agent. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.
