Upon entry, you will find the living room & dining room area that provide an open-floor plan with gulf front views beyond the balcony. The full-size kitchen with built-in breakfast bar has everything you need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. Off the living room and dining room, you will find the oversized balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the sunset. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV. The first guest room also features a king-size bed while the third room features a queen-size bed. This unit also has a washer/dryer and beach chairs for guest use.
This property requires a rental application to be filled out that must be completed within 48 hours of initial booking.
