This townhome offers it all – from the private garage, you can enter the home and head up to the main living area where you will find a full-size kitchen, dining area and over-sized living room, all of which have been updated with inviting beachy decor. The kitchen has everything you will need to make a quick snack or a full-course meal. This level offers balconies where you can enjoy sipping on your morning coffee or dining alfresco. One balcony is located off the dining area the other is located right off the living room and is complete with dining/sitting area. On the third level, you will find the primary bedroom that features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Both guest rooms are on the third floor as well and have flat screen TVs and are adjacent to the full bath. This unit also offers full-size washer & dryer, beach cart/chairs and WiFi throughout. Bermuda Bay Club 1467 has two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
