What started as a vacation for our family expanded into thousands of vacations for many families. A year after our first visit to Anna Maria Island, we bought a rental property here in 2002. The island kept reeling us in six times a year — and in 2011, we left the rainy days in the UK for the sunny skies on Anna Maria for good.

We founded SeaBreeze Vacation on the belief that everyone deserves a slice of paradise. As a locally owned company, our commitment to hospitality and treating others like family has grown into managing nearly 100 properties, with a dedicated island-based team that keeps every home to the same standard we set for our own.

Seaglass Cottage

We loved our week with my sister at Seaglass Cottage! The layout was perfect for two couples, so very private from each other with separate bathrooms and access to the beautiful backyard pool area from each area too. The entire cottage was so beautifully decorated and everything we wanted was provided. We took advantage of the bikes to explore about and all of the beach gear came in handy too! But that backyard!! It was…. Paradise!! Can’t wait to come back…

Summer Retreat

We felt SeaBreeze did an excellent job communicating back to us the things we needed to know about our trip. Including the arrival and departure schedule. It made our trip and stay very comfortable and would choose them again in the future for help with vacation plans.

Sunset Azul

The most perfect place to stay for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was 2 mins, so many amazing restaurants/shops/cafes near by, and the pool was so fun. SeaBreeze Vacation was fantastic to work with during our stay. They even reached out on our 2nd day to see if we needed anything to make our stay better. We have already booked with them for next fall break!

Coconut Cove

This is our third SeaBreeze Vacation Rental, and there is a reason we keep coming back! The home we stayed in was incredible. It felt like we were living in an MTV Crib. We loved it so much we booked to come back twice next year at the same property!
