The outdoor living space is your own private oasis, where you can swim in the sparkling pool, lounge in the screened lanai, or enjoy the sunshine while watching boats glide by along the canal. The private dock provides quick access to the bay for boating and fishing adventures, and after a day on the water, the poolside grill and outdoor shower make it easy to unwind and enjoy the breeze.

Dockside Paradise, inside, features a bright beach-inspired interior with a modern, open layout. The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after exploring Anna Maria Island. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and ample counter space, seamlessly connecting to the dining area and outdoor patio for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, direct access to the pool, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed and easy access to a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. A den off the kitchen includes a twin daybed with a trundle, ideal for children or extra guests. Each space is thoughtfully styled with coastal décor and comfortable linens to ensure a restful stay.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of two parking spaces, a ten-minute walk to the Gulf beaches, and easy access to the Anna Maria Island trolley, which connects you to Bean Point, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach.
