All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Summer Retreat is an absolutely amazing, new, custom luxury home nestled in the quiet residential area in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Offering 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also a kids gaming room with Xbox and an arcade game. You will find that this home has everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Island vacation! From the luxurious, resort-style pool that features a spa and waterslide, to the rooftop deck with views of both the Gulf and Bay waters. There is also an elevator from the garage to all floors and a full-gourmet kitchen. This home also includes an EV Charger. Summer Retreat has it all – from a whole house (indoor/outdoor) professional high-speed WiFi system, outdoor Sunbrite 4K TV for movies on the patio or watch it from the pool. What more could you possibly need to make your tropical island vacation perfect!

Only a short 3-minute walk from the world renowned white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and one street away from the Bay waters. There is a kayak launch, basketball court and play area within a 5-minute walk. This elevated home offers enough space for everyone to have their privacy while still enjoying quality time together. This spectacular rooftop deck has a full 360o view. The rooftop deck is serviced by a full wet bar at the entrance, making for a great convenience for those sunset beers or cocktails. Watch the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

The main living area is a large, open-plan space with high ceilings and beautiful wood tile floors throughout, new, high-end coastal furniture that invites you to just relax and enjoy the warm breeze coming through triple patio doors opening to the large deck with a view of the pool.

Summer Retreat features 4 bedrooms, sleeping 12 all in beds. All bedrooms feature luxurious linen, bed covers, spacious walk-in closets, private bathrooms, HD flat screen TV’s with Netflix, plus a selection of other online channels and USB charging points. The game room has it all – with over 100 games on the Xbox One plus a classic stand-up arcade game with 200+ games for all to enjoy.

This property features an EV charger for our environmentally savvy guests! For just $7.50 a day, you can charge your electric vehicles right on-site, ensuring you’re always charged up and ready to explore. It’s not just about convenience; it’s about making a positive impact on the planet while providing top-notch service. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. SeaBreeze Vacation cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.

The garage houses beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to get everything to the beach.
